Empowering autistic adults with knowledge for successful living.
The Center for Autistic Achievement was formed as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the fall of 2016. Our founder, Paula Breeden is passionate about helping ASD adults reach new levels of achievement. Inspired by her journey raising her 23 year old ASD son Zak, Paula has been serving the ASD adult population as an Asperger's Life and Career Coach for the past two years. Her coaching practice, Transform Your Life Coaching is located nearby. After serving as the Adult Programs Facilitator for UCF CARD (Center for Autism and Related Disabilities), Paula began to develop her own programs and the Center for Autistic Achievement was born.
“There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.”

Our mission is to provide an environment where adults with autism spectrum disorder can come together to develop skills, strategies and solutions that promote achievement, accountability, self-advocacy, structure and independence.
Paula has a unique gift for creating solution based programs that focus on teaching skills and implementing strategies. Programs are structured, workshop based and goal directed. She sees each individual as capable of being a whole person with natural gifts and abilities. Recognizing these abilities allows each individual's personality to shine through.
“You are not broken and you don't need to be fixed.”
— PAULA BREEDEN
If you have been touched by autism, get involved to help us carry out our mission. We accept volunteers based on what you can bring to our organization. College students can earn community service credits for school in addition to getting on the job experience. Donations are also vital to our growth, as we use them for program facilitation, development and outreach.
